Apiary Financial staff will be working from home as of 30 March 2020

As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we would like to reassure our valued clients that Apiary Financial remains fully operational, and our team members are all in good health. However, upon the advice of the federal government, we will be taking a proactive measure to protect the health and wellbeing of our clients and employees by directing all staff to work from home for the foreseeable future. Our staff are bound by strict requirements to comply with our confidentiality and privacy policies, all server access is monitored, and multi-factor authentication is in place.

We recognize that this is a challenging environment for everyone, however, we have invested extensively in secure, remote systems, so you should notice very little impact to the service we provide to you. While the office is now closed to visitors, our phone lines remain operational, and all team members are contactable via telephone and email as usual. Our postal box will be checked periodically, however, to minimize delays, we encourage our clients to provide information via electronic channels, such as our client portal, wherever possible.

In order to practice effective social distancing, we will only be conducting client meetings via teleconference or GotoMeeting until further notice.
